Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are reserved especially for you. I understand that schedule adjustments may be necessary; therefore, I respectfully require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
• No-shows (failure to arrive for your appointment without notice) will be charged 100% of the service cost.
• Late Arrival Policy: If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible. Arrivals over 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service. Arrivals over 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled at the provider’s discretion.
Please note: Not confirming an appointment reminder does not cancel your appointment. You are responsible for attending or properly canceling your scheduled service.
